送料について。Information on Shipping Cost.

• 日本国内においては、全商品送料自社負担サービスを提供させていただきます。In Japan, we provide a service where we pay the shipping costs for all products ourselves.
• 海外発送の場合は送料をご負担いただきます。送料は国により異なりますのでお問合せください。Please contact us for shipping costs as they vary by country.

配送方法について。Information on Delivery Method.

• プラスチック製品削減の為、できるだけ紙の素材で包装し発送いたします。In order to reduce plastic waste, we will wrap the products with paper material as much as possible.
• Tシャツはオリジナルの段ボールで発送いたします。T-shirts will be shipped in the original cardboard packaging.
• ステッカーは封筒に入れて、郵送させていただきます。Sticker products will be mailed in an envelope.
• Tシャツとステッカーを同時に購入いただいた際は、Tシャツと同封してお送りいたします。If you purchase a T-shirt and a sticker at the same time, we will send it together with the T-shirt.
• 新型コロナウイルス感染防止のため、手の消毒、マスクの着用を徹底し包装しています。To prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, we thoroughly disinfect hands and wear masks.
• 発送の名義はPLAN-Eeです。The name of the shipment is PLAN-Ee.

 発送期間。Shipping Period.

• ２～４日以内に発送いたします。We will send the product(s) within 2-4 days from when the order is confirmed.. 

• お申し込みが殺到した場合や、発送作業の都合上、遅れることもございます。予めご了承下さい。Please be advised and take note that there may be delays due to a flood of applications or due to shipping work. 

• 配送業者の繁忙期・年末年始・悪天候時は、配達状況・交通事情により配送が若干遅れる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。Please be advised that during the busy season (such as the end-of-year and New Year holidays) or bad weather for the delivery company, deliveries may be slightly delayed depending on the delivery situation and traffic conditions.
